Our ceremony will be held at the Vail Wedding Deck and will begin at 3:00 pm. Meet us at the Wedding Deck by riding the Eagle Bahn Gondola in Lionshead Village up the mountain, starting at 2:30 pm. Cocktail attire. 

After the ceremony, shuttles will be picking everyone up at the bus stop in Lionshead Village (no need to drive!) at 4:30 pm, and will take you to our reception site at Camp Hale Lodge, in Red Cliff, CO. Cocktails and lawn games will be from 5:00-6:30 pm, followed by dinner, then DANCING. At the end of the night, shuttles will take everyone back to Vail. We'll have an early one leaving at 9:30 pm, and the rest will leave at 11:00 pm. 

The weather better not be bad, but if it is, we will alert everyone by call or text to meet at the bus stop in Lionshead Village at 4:15-4:30 pm, where the shuttles will take us to Camp Hale Lodge for the ceremony and reception. 

Vail is just a little over a 2 hour drive from the Denver Airport. We will shuttle you around on wedding day, and Vail has great free shuttles for the rest of your stay, so if you'd like to go car-free, we recommend booking through Summit Express to get to Vail from the airport.
